Step 1

Tell us about your offer

Use our step-by-step tool to create and submit your offer to listing agent.

Step 2

Wait for an answer

Agent will review your offer with the seller and reach out to discuss your offer terms. You will be informed by email whether or not your offer is accepted. An agent will work with you to help you negotiate if the seller does not accept your offer.

Step 3

Sign the contract

When a seller accepts your offer, Listing agent will prepare important matters document and send it to you for review. It’s an agent obligation required by law to explain everything to you in detail verbally before you continue. Once everything is agreed upon, you will get property purchase contract to sign.

Step 4

Property handover

After the contract is signed, you will work with agent and seller to proceed with the transfer of the property title registration and payment. After that's done, the property is yours!
